Central American Institute of Public Administration - ICAP
Constitutive agreement
It was created as the Superior School of Public Administration of Central America in 1954 and changed to the Central American Institute of Public Administration in 1967.

Structure
The governing body of the ICAP is the General Board made up by the Ministers of Economy of Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua and Costa Rica and the Minister of Planning of Panama.

Functions
Modernization of the Central American public administration institutions within the framework of the regional integration process through the execution of teaching, research and advisory activities.
